The availability of restaurants on the property so I could feed my son while playing poker. I liked the attached casino, which was the primary reason for staying at this property. There's more poker games at Hollywood than Ameristar.

Size of the room and the staff that checked me in. The lady opening the coffee shop was very hospitable.

Close to the amphitheater for the concert. The shuttle for $15 took you right to the gates and you didn't have to wait in the long line. Rooms were big and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were attending a concert at the amphitheater and utilized the shuttle service. Quick, efficient and hassle free. Bathroom was very nice.

There's so much to choose from to do so you don't HAVE to go out. They have food and drink options right there in the hotel. The Casino staff was great and accommodating and the bar was reasonably priced! We're already looking into next year's girls trip to be there again!

Really nice room. Very clean. Renovated. Staff at reception were lovely. I opted for the very end of a long hall , but worth it because it was quiet around me.

We walked across the parking lot to go to our concert, no fighting traffic! Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

I loved the fact that the handicap accessible shuttle bus picked up my father and took him over to the amphitheatre. We were able to have a great time.
